Can I rent by the hour?

- Yes, hourly rates are available for adult bikes. It is $8/HR. Payment maxes out at 4 hours. No need for reservation.

What do the bikes come with?

- All bikes come equipped with a rack, a bungee cord, a lock, a key, and a camera bag. Helmets are also provided free of charge.

Do I have to wear a helmet?

- Only if you are under 18 years of age.

Can we drop off our bikes in Sausalito?

- No, but bikes are allowed on the ferries for free! Return to Pier 41 with your bikes and bike a few blocks to return.

What is my departure time for Alcatraz?

- Please call our Fisherman's Wharf location for your departure time.

Can I cancel or change my Alcatraz ticket?

- Cancellations and refunds are possible if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your selected departure time. No refund or changes can be made in the last 48 hours leading up to your Alcatraz Tour.
